MB Baustelle — a construction site with less construction noise.

A small family construction firm in Germany needed a clean site they could point to on quotes. Their old site was a WordPress template from 2016 with a flashing header and four call-to-action buttons fighting for attention. We replaced it with something they'd be comfortable sending to a bank.

The brief

"Make us look like grown-ups, please."

The owner's exact words. They win most of their work through word-of-mouth, and the site's job is purely to confirm they're real and serious when a new prospect Googles them.

Key asks: bilingual (German + Lithuanian), photo gallery, one phone number very visible on mobile, and no Facebook widget.

The approach

Confident type. Real photos. That's it.

We stripped every stock-photo cliché and built the site around their actual project photos — before/after shots of the job sites. One serif for headings, one sans for body, a single sage-green accent on the phone number and the contact form. Nothing competing for attention.

Call-to-action is the phone number. Everything else is there to get you to click it.
