One person. Small ambitions, well executed.
Arminas Systems is me — Arminas. I build websites for small businesses and help them earn more reviews. That's it for now. I'd rather stay small and be good than grow fast and be average.

I'm an unusual mix of impatient and picky. Good for you.
I started building websites because I kept seeing local shops pay hundreds of euros a month for sites they didn't understand, hosted on platforms they couldn't leave, loading in four seconds on a good day. It felt solvable.
So that's what I do: design the site, write the code, put it on Cloudflare — which is free — hand you the keys. You own the domain. You can take the whole thing with you any time. No lock-in, no mystery monthly fees.
Along the way I noticed something else: the same shops with the slow sites also had four Google reviews from 2019. So I started offering a reviews service too — a QR code on the receipt, a clean landing page, and customers actually leave the review you've been quietly hoping for.
Working principles
- i. If I can't explain what a feature does in one sentence, it doesn't ship.
- ii. No templates. No page-builders. No tracking scripts you don't need.
- iii. If the audit says your site is fine, I'll say so — and send you on your way.
- iv. You own everything. Domain, code, content. I'm replaceable by design.
- v. Speak plainly. Price plainly. Say no plainly.
What I'm up to this month.
Pietų Salė daily menu system — the team updates the day's lunch from a form, the site picks it up automatically.
Cold-calling local businesses — the part of the job nobody writes about, and the part that actually matters.
Final year of school. Yes — really. Yes — at the same time.
Two project slots open for summer 2026. Local Lithuanian businesses preferred — trades, shops, restaurants, salons.
